Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

PureTensor, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware C-corporation headquartered in Santa Clara, California, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit the websites it covers.

1. Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to puretensor.ai and to the other PureTensor, Inc. websites that link to it: intel.puretensor.ai, films.puretensor.ai, nljos.puretensor.ai, puretensor.xyz and lab.endpaper.ink (together, the "Websites"). ARGUS (argus.puretensor.ai) and Endpaper (endpaper.ink) have their own privacy notices. Websites of our sister company PureTensor Ltd (such as puretensor.co.uk and varangian.ai) are covered by its policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We collect information that you voluntarily submit to us. This includes the contact form on puretensor.ai (your name, email address, reason for contacting us and message, sent by your browser to Formspree, Inc.) and email correspondence to [email protected].

Information Collected Automatically

When you access our Websites, certain information is collected automatically by our hosting and delivery providers: request logs containing your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of each request. puretensor.ai is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. and Amazon Web Services, Inc. Fonts are self-hosted on every Website; your browser does not request fonts from Google.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics platform. We do not set cookies or use tracking mechanisms for monitoring user behavior. We do not use tracking pixels, web beacons, advertising networks, or remarketing services. If you dismiss the announcement bar on puretensor.ai, your browser stores that choice locally (local storage key "pt-announcement-dismissed"); it is never sent to us. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We engage a limited number of service providers: Formspree, Inc. (contact form processing), Amazon Web Services, Inc. (website hosting), Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS and content delivery), Google LLC (email hosting through Google Workspace), and the AI services we use in internal operations, such as drafting and handling correspondence (Anthropic, PBC and Google LLC), each under its data processing terms. Our sister company PureTensor Ltd (England and Wales) shares the contact-form service and the [email protected] mailbox with us, so enquiries may also be visible to it. We do not share your personal information with anyone else except as required by law.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to respond to inquiries, maintain and improve our Websites, protect against misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

6. CalOPPA Compliance

In accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act, this Privacy Policy is conspicuously posted, identifies the categories of information collected and the third parties with whom it may be shared, and states its effective date and how we notify changes. Because we do not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and we do not allow third parties to collect such information through our Websites.

7. CCPA / CPRA Rights (California Residents)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, used and disclosed, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information. To exercise any right, email [email protected] with "CCPA Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 calendar days.

8. GDPR Provisions (EEA / UK Visitors)

The data controller is PureTensor, Inc., Santa Clara, California, United States ([email protected]). We process data on the bases of legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, operating and securing the Websites), steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and contract performance. As a US company, we process the information you send us in the United States. EEA and UK visitors have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (including to direct marketing at any time), and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EEA, the supervisory authority where you live or work.

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Websites are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Data Retention

Contact form submissions: retained up to 2 years. Web server logs: retained 90 days. Email correspondence: retained for the business relationship plus 3 years.

11. Data Security

We implement HTTPS with TLS encryption, key-based server access, regular patching, and infrastructure monitoring. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we maintain safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and we will flag material changes on the Websites.
