1. Our Commitment

PureTensor Inc is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe that all users deserve equal access to information and functionality across our web properties, regardless of ability or the assistive technologies they use.

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Digital accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are continuously working to improve the user experience for everyone.

2. Standards We Follow

PureTensor websites and applications are designed and developed with reference to the following accessibility standards and regulations:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA — The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), provide the internationally recognized benchmark for web accessibility. We target Level AA conformance across all web properties.
  • ADA Title III — The Americans with Disabilities Act, as applied to places of public accommodation, which courts have interpreted to include websites and digital services offered to the public.
  • Section 508 — The Rehabilitation Act requirements for electronic and information technology, applicable to federally funded programs and referenced as a best-practice standard by private-sector organizations.

3. Current Accessibility Features

We have implemented the following accessibility features across our web properties:

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy (h1 through h6 used in logical order)
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios throughout our dark-themed interface, meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements
  • Fully keyboard-navigable interface, including all interactive elements, forms, and navigation
  • Responsive design that adapts to a range of devices, screen sizes, and orientations
  • Alt text for all informational images and decorative images marked appropriately
  • Proper form labels, ARIA attributes, and associated descriptions where applicable
  • Logical focus order and visible focus indicators for keyboard users
  • Relative font sizing that respects user browser preferences and zoom levels
  • Skip navigation links where appropriate
  • Meaningful link text that describes the destination or action

4. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our web presence may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Some PDF documents hosted on our sites may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are working to remediate existing documents and ensure new documents are published in accessible formats.
  • Certain third-party embedded content (including analytics widgets, external forms, and social media embeds) may not meet all accessibility requirements. We evaluate third-party tools for accessibility before adoption and encourage our vendors to prioritize compliance.
  • Complex data visualizations, including infrastructure dashboards and performance charts, may not have complete text alternatives. We are developing accessible summaries for these components.

We are actively working to address these limitations and welcome reports of any additional accessibility barriers you encounter.

5. Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our websites are designed to be compatible with current versions of the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), and VoiceOver (macOS/iOS)
  • Browser zoom: Our interface supports zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Voice recognition: Compatible with voice recognition software, including Dragon NaturallySpeaking
  • Switch devices: Operable via switch access and other alternative input devices
  • Screen magnification: Functional with screen magnification tools at various zoom levels

We test using the latest stable versions of these technologies. If you experience compatibility issues with a specific assistive technology, please let us know.

6. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of PureTensor websites and services. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

7. Third-Party Content

PureTensor websites may link to or incorporate content from third-party services, including but not limited to form submission services, font providers, content delivery networks, and analytics platforms.

While we encourage our partners and third-party providers to follow accessibility best practices and comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or functionality that is owned and operated by third parties. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on a third-party component embedded in our sites, we encourage you to report it to us so that we may work with the provider to address it.

8. Assessment and Remediation

We are committed to maintaining and improving the accessibility of our digital properties through the following practices:

  • We conduct periodic accessibility assessments of our web properties, including both automated scanning and manual review
  • We prioritize remediation of identified barriers based on the severity of impact to users
  • Our development process includes accessibility review as part of the quality assurance process for all new content and features
  • We provide accessibility awareness guidance to content authors and developers working on PureTensor properties
  • We monitor changes in accessibility standards and regulations and update our practices accordingly

9. Formal Complaints

If you have reported an accessibility concern and are not satisfied with our response, you may file a formal complaint with the following authorities:

  • U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division — enforces ADA Title III as it applies to web accessibility
  • Your state's attorney general office — many states have consumer protection offices that handle accessibility complaints
  • The relevant federal agency under Section 508 — for complaints related to federally funded programs and services

We take all accessibility complaints seriously and will cooperate fully with any investigation or remediation process.
