1. Our Approach to Artificial Intelligence

PureTensor Inc develops and deploys AI systems that augment human capability. We believe in responsible, transparent, and accountable use of artificial intelligence across all our products and services.

Our infrastructure is built around sovereign compute principles: local, high-performance AI inference that keeps data under our direct control and reduces dependence on third-party cloud providers. This architectural choice reflects our commitment to privacy, reliability, and operational transparency.

This statement outlines our principles, regulatory preparedness, product-specific commitments, and the practices we follow to ensure our AI systems remain beneficial and trustworthy.

2. Core AI Principles

Transparency

We clearly disclose when content is generated or assisted by AI. Our intelligence analysis and security assessments are AI-augmented but human-reviewed. Where AI contributions are material, they are identified as such.

Human Oversight

AI systems at PureTensor operate under human supervision. Critical decisions — including security assessments, strategic intelligence, and client communications — require human review and approval before dissemination.

Accuracy and Reliability

We invest in local, high-performance AI infrastructure to maintain control over model behavior, reduce latency, and improve reliability. We do not rely solely on third-party AI APIs for critical operations, and we validate AI outputs against established benchmarks.

Privacy and Data Minimization

Our AI systems process data locally wherever possible. We minimize data collection, do not train proprietary models on client data without explicit consent, and apply the principle of data minimization across all AI workloads.

Fairness and Non-Discrimination

We design and test our AI systems to minimize bias. We recognize that AI systems can reflect or amplify societal biases, and we actively work to identify, measure, and mitigate such effects in our models and outputs.

Security

We apply security best practices to our AI infrastructure, including access controls, monitoring, audit logging, and vulnerability management. Our cybersecurity AI tools are designed for authorized defensive use only.

Accountability

We maintain clear lines of responsibility for AI system outputs. When errors occur, we investigate root causes, document findings, and implement corrective measures. A human is always accountable for decisions informed by AI.

3. Regulatory Awareness

EU AI Act Preparedness

While PureTensor Inc is a US-incorporated company, we serve global clients and actively monitor international AI regulation. We are preparing for compliance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act by:

  • Classifying our AI systems by risk level according to the Act's tiered framework
  • Implementing appropriate documentation and transparency measures for each risk category
  • Ensuring human oversight mechanisms are in place for higher-risk applications
  • Maintaining technical documentation of our AI systems, including training data provenance and model architecture

NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)

We align our AI governance with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI 100-1), organizing our practices around its four core functions:

  • Govern: Establishing AI governance policies, accountability structures, and decision-making frameworks
  • Map: Identifying and categorizing AI risks across our products, services, and internal operations
  • Measure: Assessing and monitoring AI system performance, fairness, safety, and reliability on an ongoing basis
  • Manage: Implementing risk mitigation strategies, incident response procedures, and continuous improvement processes

Executive Order on AI (EO 14110)

We monitor and comply with applicable requirements of the Executive Order on the Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence. We follow developments in federal AI policy and update our practices as regulatory guidance evolves.

4. AI in Our Products and Services

PureTensor Intelligence (intel.puretensor.ai)

  • AI assists in research aggregation, pattern recognition, and draft generation for intelligence analysis
  • All published analyses are reviewed and approved by human analysts before dissemination
  • AI-generated insights are clearly distinguished from human assessments where the distinction is material
  • Intelligence products carry appropriate disclaimers regarding methodology and limitations

PureTensor Cyber (cyber.puretensor.ai)

  • AI augments vulnerability discovery, threat analysis, and security posture assessment
  • All security findings are validated by human experts before delivery to clients
  • AI-driven assessments are point-in-time and supplemented by professional judgment and manual verification
  • All security testing requires explicit client authorization prior to engagement

PureClaw Framework (pureclaw.ai)

  • Open-source agentic AI framework released under the MIT License
  • Community-developed with transparent development practices and public issue tracking
  • Users are responsible for their own deployments, configurations, and use cases
  • The framework includes configurable safety guardrails and usage restrictions

Nesdia (nesdia.com)

  • AI-powered linguistic technology designed for language preservation and analysis
  • Training data sourced ethically with appropriate permissions and attribution
  • Cultural sensitivity is a core design consideration in all linguistic models
  • Community engagement informs development priorities and ethical boundaries

5. Prohibited Uses

PureTensor does not develop or deploy AI systems for the following purposes, and prohibits the use of our products and services for these activities:

  • Mass surveillance or tracking of individuals without lawful authority and appropriate judicial oversight
  • Autonomous weapons systems that operate without meaningful human control over the use of force
  • Manipulation of democratic processes, elections, or public opinion through deceptive AI-generated content
  • Discrimination in housing, employment, credit, healthcare, or other legally protected areas
  • Deceptive impersonation of individuals, including deepfakes intended to mislead or defraud
  • Generation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other illegal content
  • Circumvention of legal or regulatory requirements through automated decision-making

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access to PureTensor services and referral to appropriate authorities.

6. Incident Response

If you believe a PureTensor AI system has produced harmful, biased, inaccurate, or otherwise problematic output, we encourage you to report it:

Email: ops@puretensor.ai

Subject: Responsible AI Concern

Please include the following information in your report:

  • The specific AI output that raised your concern
  • The context in which the output was generated (product, feature, approximate time)
  • A description of why the output is problematic (bias, inaccuracy, harm, etc.)
  • Any supporting evidence or documentation

We will investigate and provide an initial response within 10 business days. For concerns involving potential harm to individuals, we prioritize investigation and will respond as quickly as practicable.

7. Continuous Improvement

Responsible AI is not a fixed state but an ongoing commitment. We continuously invest in improving our AI practices through the following activities:

  • Regular review and update of our AI policies, principles, and operational procedures
  • Active engagement with industry standards bodies, AI ethics frameworks, and the broader research community
  • Investment in research on AI safety, fairness, interpretability, and transparency
  • Internal training and awareness programs for employees working with AI systems
  • Solicitation and incorporation of feedback from users, researchers, clients, and the public
  • Participation in responsible AI initiatives and collaborative governance efforts

We publish updates to this statement as our practices evolve. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date.
